Mr. Bota is a native of Romania. He immigrated to Queens, New York with his family at the age of seven and obtained his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton, graduating top of his class in 2012 with summa cum laude honors. Thereafter, Victor interned at the Queens County District Attorney's Office, in the Narcotic Investigations and Special Proceedings Bureaus, where he developed a passion for the law. His experience at the District Attorney’s Office spurned him to attend law school.
Victor earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2015. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan, Supreme Court, Nassau County. Following graduation, he began practicing law with a prominent medical malpractice defense firm, where he represented physicians and other medical professionals in medical malpractice matters. Subsequently, Victor joined a large outside counsel defense firm where he defended construction companies, automobile dealerships, armored car carriers, commercial trucking companies, and school bus companies in major lawsuits.
As a former defense attorney, Victor learned exactly how insurance companies value a personal injury case. He now applies this wealth of knowledge in the pursuit of obtaining maximum compensation for his injured clients.
